• Attending inbound calls and emails to provide technical assistance to the PTCL Broadband Customers.
• Maintaining high level of integrity and providing timely solutions.
• Assisting the Customer regarding the configuration and support of Routers and Access Points.
• Making outbound calls for Customer Satisfaction Survey.
